The following are from NASA Plumb Brook's Space Chamber which replicates the temperature and vaccuum of space. Below is the man door into the the chamber. You thought banks had heavy doors!

This is the chamber's main door. Yes, that is a ladder on the side of it and those are platforms for technicians to work the latches on the door. The black platform in the foreground is removed from over the tracks the door rides on.
